It has favourable and decent location to see Queen Street Mall. The rooms are beautifully designed and functional and have magnificent views. The staff is attentive, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. Nothing to complain about, we will be back.

the hotel was a handy base for enjoying a great area, really close to the various restaurants and queens street mall and botanic garden. it had luxury room with an exceptionally comfortable bed for great nights sleep. the service was exceptional, the breakfast was delicious. the location was marvellous - just 5 minutes' walk from a listed botanic garden.

our recent stay in brisbane was amazing! westin truly exceeded our expectations this valentine's day. from the friendly and accommodating staff to the modern interior and thoughtful amenities, everything was perfect. we especially loved the personal note and lavender oil in the room. definitely coming back!

This hotel is a hidden gem, offering great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. I loved the location as it was close to everything we needed, including the river stage and the mall. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-equipped with great facilities and some even had a view. The fully-sized fridge and bathtub were a nice touch. Plus, the breakfast included was a fantastic bonus.

This hotel definitely fulfilled all my luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities that were top-notch. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the spa and wellness centre completely exceeded my expectations. The massage was one of the best I've ever had, and the spa lounge had a calming atmosphere that really added to the experience.

The only minor issue was that the in-room breakfast was slightly delayed, which made me a bit late for my morning activities. However, the restaurant had a fantastic menu and the poolside snack bar was always stocked with delicious options.
